So, I went in for the sonohystogram today. Linnell took the day off to come with me, and Adam was able to meet us there. The RE did the sonohystogram. It's pretty easy, she just squirts saline in the uterus and does a sonogram at the same time. She said most of my uterus looks perfect, but she did see a couple of adhesions. She gave me a roll of pictures from the sonogram.
So, I'll need surgery. She doesn't do it, I have to go to my OB for it. What will happen is that they'll put a camera up there to see what they see, and cut the adhesions. We found out recently that Linnell is leaving for 6 months at the end of December, so I really hope we can get this done before that. I can probably find somebody to take me to the transfer, and to get my daughter to and from school for a couple of days, but if I have a tough recovery like I did from the D&C, I'd really like to have Linnell home with me. That's not something to put on the shoulders of a 14 year old. The RE said it has to be done between days 5-12 of my cycle, so my fingers are crossed for my December cycle.
